How long will it take me to receive my translation?
We normally need 3-5 business days to complete 1-4 pages of translations before sending them. For larger jobs, it may take longer. If you require the translation urgently, please confirm with us that we can make your deadline before booking and paying.
We will send you the translation unless you want in-person pickup (Berlin only).
Choosing pickup or postage has no effect on the overall cost. The change in turnaround time is minor. We send everything by registered mail. Although you can pick up your translations in Berlin if the language combination is English/German, we cannot always guarantee pickup for other language combinations. If pickup is not possible, we will notify you and will send the translations to you via registered mail.

Does your certificate include one or more extra pages? Or is there anything on the back of the certificate that you'd like us to translate? This could be an apostille, notary certification, clerk's certificate, or anything similar. Do you need additional certified copies?
The quote we provide you includes one certified translation for each certificate you upload. Will you need multiple copies? If so, please state how many (additional certified copies cost 18 EUR each). For example, suppose you submit two certificates and require an extra copy of each. Choose two from the drop-down option and provide any special instructions below.

Please provide your materials as PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG, or Word attachments. You can email us a scan from your smartphone, but it must be bright, clear, straight, and high quality so that we can zoom in and see all of the letters, numbers, and markings properly. If your JPG or PDF files are roughly 1MB per page and well-lit, they're generally adequate. Brie created this little film to provide additional guidance.
